Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed following along. It’s a long, intensive process to get results from the bags. It will take several months to sieve, acid digest, and pick through the remaining particles under a microscope to extract the shark denticles and other remains of reef organisms. We’re hoping to have some preliminary results to share by late summer or fall. In the meantime, we’ll be documenting the lab work involved to get to the end product.
